Online SD Collaborative Sessions | Service Design applied to EAP Business

   OutCOme has the pleasure to invite you to our new Online Service Design Collaborative Sessions 
applied to EAP business with the following goals:

•     Facilitate an international and collaborative service design process to EAP business owners and manager
•        Improve skills of human-driven business design in EAP sector;
•        Co-creation of innovative and breakthrough approaches to EAP service design and delivery.

At the end the participants will be able to facilitate the all service design process on their own businesses and increase their service value proposition to their clients.

    The program is structured in 4 Steps in a total of 9 online sessions (1 hour each) Scheduled once a week on an agreed timetable
 between facilitator and participants.

Facilitator:

Liliana Dias is a Business Unit Manager and Head of Service Design in a Portuguese EAP consultancy company (outCOme – Clínica Organizacional), holds a degree in Clinical Health Psychology from University of Lisbon, Post-Graduation in Creativity and Innovation Management from IADE – Creative University, and a Master in Human Resources Management from Lisbon University Institute – ISCTE Business School.  Currently she is pursuing her PHD at KULEUVEN in the field of mental e-health solutions for the workplace.
